The Switch OLED motherboard's solder pads are accurately matched by the replacement Charge port pins, so no modification or time consuming adjustments are needed for alignment and installation. This may address issues such as the console not charging, not recognizing any chargers, or not communicating with the dock. The most common reason for these issues is that the Switch OLED has been dropped or knocked while plugged in, causing the USB cable to yank out and physically damage the port, or it can happen while plugging in the cable. The delicate ports can be easily damaged if the USB cable is not carefully plugged in. Nintend0 has not yet released the actual Charge socket used in the console. The port is compatible with ALL regions of the Switch OLED console (2021), but NOT FIT for Switch/Switch LITE Consoles.
