The Joysticks are ideal for fixing faulty or jamming buttons and are compatible with the NEW 2DS XL, NEW 3DS, and NEW 3DS XL / NEW 3DS LL (2015) models ONLY. They are plug and play and do not require any soldering. However, they are NOT compatible with 3DS XL, 3DS, or 2DS old models.
The package includes 1x 3D Analog Joystick Button and 1x Thumbstick Cover Cap. These joysticks are brand new and original, and are unused from the OEM factory. They work exactly like the original joysticks and do not require any soldering for installation.
Installing this part requires the console to be disassembled and technical internal fitting. A Tri-wing screwdriver is required for installation (not included in the package).
